| The Bishop's Stortford Civic Federation (BSCF) is an amalgamation of Residents' Associations in the town (including Parsonage) in order to try to put the town's interests first. The BSCF acts on behalf of its members as a single point of contact between East Herts District Council and other statutory bodies on all matters affecting the quality of life in Bishop's Stortford. |
